Cancellation Policy
At Chantilly Skin and Brow, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients and maintain our high standards of service, we have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another client and ensure our therapists' time is utilised efficiently.
Deposit: A 25% deposit is required when booking to secure your appointment. This deposit demonstrates your commitment to the appointment and helps us manage our schedule effectively.
Transfer or Refund: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking or refunded to you. This gives you the flexibility to adjust your plans without penalty.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as it becomes challenging to fill the spot on such short notice.
Same Day Cancellation and No-Show Policy: A 100% no-show fee will be charged if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice or if you cancel on the same day as your appointment. This policy is in place to respect our therapists' time and the time of other clients.
Christmas Period: During our busy season from November through to January a 50% deposit will be required to secure your bookings due to high demand for appointments.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy at Chantilly Skin and Brow reflects our commitment to providing the highest quality products and services. We want you to be confident in your purchases, but we also need to maintain fairness and consistency in our business practices.
No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a product, service, or gift voucher purchase. This policy ensures that our clients make thoughtful and deliberate decisions when booking services or purchasing products.
Special Circumstances: We understand that there may be exceptional situations where a refund is necessary. In such cases, refunds may be granted pending manager approval. These special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis, ensuring that we treat all our clients fairly while maintaining our business integrity.
Client Conduct & Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or permanently ban clients at our discretion in cases including, but not limited to, harassment, bullying, abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward staff or other clients, persistent failure to attend scheduled appointments (including repeated no-shows or late cancellations), or failure to comply with our Terms and Conditions.
Any behaviour deemed disruptive to the safety, wellbeing, or operation of the business will not be tolerated.
Prepaid Treatments, Packages, Gift Cards & No-Show Policy
Use of Prepaid Treatments and Gift Cards
Prepaid treatments, packages, memberships, promotions, and gift cards may be used to secure an appointment and are considered booking deposits.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without sufficient notice, or is a no-show, the prepaid treatment or gift card value applied to that booking will be forfeited.
Forfeited prepaid treatments or gift card values are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services.
Change of Mind – Prepaid Treatments & Packages
For change of mind on prepaid treatments or packages (where no appointment has been missed), the remaining value will be converted into a gift card.
This gift card may be used toward any service or retail product and is subject to standard gift card terms, including expiry dates.
No refunds are provided for change of mind on prepaid treatments, packages, or promotions.
Service Substitutions
Prepaid treatments may be exchanged for alternative services of equal or greater value.
If the chosen service exceeds the prepaid value, the difference must be paid at the time of booking or appointment.
Purpose of Policy
These policies are in place to cover reasonable costs associated with missed appointments, including loss of business and staff allocation, while maintaining fairness and flexibility for clients.
